CHLOE BIX is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist now hailing from Appledore in North Devon.  As well as getting the musical score down so that it could be included in the book (in order to familiarise young children with music ‘on the page’) in JOE’S SONG, on the accompanying CD to Whoa! Joe, Chloe sings, plays fiddle, guitar, recorder AND accordion! A rare talent.
